Apartamento, the cult interior magazine and publishing house, and BD Barcelona, the renowned furniture design company with over 50 years of history, come together for the first time ever to create a unique collection of everyday life objects.
Merging Apartamento’s creative vision and BD Barcelona’s legendary craftsmanship, this series introduces a new collection of (un)common objects which are playfully reimagined and beautifully reinvented. Aiming to strike a balance between creative functionality and sculpture, these objects are marked by lightness and experimentation. Each piece challenges the mundanity of an ordinary object, breathing new life into its shape, colour, form, and utility.
Conceived and designed by four different artists, each piece in this ongoing collection comes together to create an evolving collection embodying the creative freedom shared by both Apartamento and BD Barcelona.
