CALVET HANGER
The Calvet Hanger has an innovative functionality and is the smallest piece of furniture made by Gaudí. It curves between wooden elements with twisting, brassplated steel ribbons holding onto a rounded oak hanger. The ribbons grasp three elongated openings perfect for hanging an umbrella or hooked hangers. They stretch from the wall-fixed support to the rectangular body, reaching the protruding wooden hanger as it floats in mid-air. This illusion of lightness contrasts with the functionality of the hanger.
